Un-available Manufacturing and Un-available Retail are firmly committed to producing in a manner that is non-exploitative and equitable in respect of our employees. Our goal is to create a pleasant and happy workplace. We adhere to what we call an “anti-sweatshop” policy not only in respect to the staff in our factories, but also with regards to all our material suppliers and sub-contractors.
To ensure that we meet our own exacting standards, we always strive to exceed any minimum protections or benefits that are provided for Vietnamese workers under local law. Further, we ensure that the working conditions of our employees meet or exceed international standards of social and labour accountability.
We strongly believe that having a well trained, fairly paid workforce is not only a moral imperative, but is also the best way to ensure a quality finished product. We further believe that our customers will benefit not only through receiving a better product but also from the peace of mind in knowing that it was made with care by people that are treated fairly and with dignity.
We aim to continually review and reduce the environmental impacts of our business and to encourage our customers, staff and suppliers, and to do the same.
Our target is to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing carbon emissions, consumption of resources and production of waste.
