About the Role

This position has the role of controlling the company's production and operating activities to comply with the requirements of relevant parties including customers and state agencies on environmental management. In addition, CR will coordinate with relevant departments to collect data and prepare for assessments related to safety, environmental health and social responsibility.


Mission

  • Evaluate environmental factors and manage important environmental factors

  • Prepare and improve assessments/audits related to environmental health safety and social responsibility


Responsibilities

  • Participate in building internal processes for environmental management including general landscape environment, waste, emissions, wastewater and security management

  • Work with suppliers to collect, treat and test waste, emissions and wastewater

  • Work with partners and contractors to collect data and provide information related to projects to improve environmental management systems, projects related to saving water, energy, waste, Greenhouse gas

  • Participate in the identification and periodic assessment of environmental aspects, internal assessments related to environmental management and subcontractor supplier management

  • Plan and participate in internal audits of the ISO 14001 system on environmental management

  • Identify and evaluate environmental factors at the company and propose corrective measures, monitor corrective actions to comply with local and customer legal requirements

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to collect periodic reporting data related to environment, social responsibility and supplier management

  • Control documents and records related to environment and security according to ISO management regulations

  • Establish action plans for environmental and security-related activities and projects based on customer standards and local laws

  • Make periodic reports on environmental protection and waste management

  • Organize training courses on environmental management for all employees

  • Coordinate with the training department to evaluate training results and apply corrective measures

  • Perform tasks as requested by management

Requirements

  • Graduated from university or higher with major in environment (engineering is preferred)

  • 1 or more years of experience working in a CR (Corporate Responsibility) position at clothing or leather shoe factories (preferably with experience working at Nike, Adidas factories)

  • Must understand clothing and production process

Other Information

Degree: Degree Of Associate

Probation period: 2 months

Age: No age limit

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
