About the Role
Identify and verify suppliers to meet customer washing and dyeing requirements
Responsible for 6S in the management area
Develop databases related to wash/dye
Provide cost reports and data to support washing budget control
Provide planning data, actual cost, and supplier lead time
Provide feedback on supplier strengths and weaknesses to supervisor for future sourcing decisions
Negotiate costing and operational details; ensure compliance with customer standards and specific requirements
Align development and bulk timelines to ensure team capacity can meet requirements
Notify HSE, HR, and Security teams of supplier visit schedules and ensure compliance with safety and entry procedures
Control ERP implementation: enter, update, and maintain department data (PO, booking, production status, cost data)
Manage PO: create and update in ERP, track supplier progress, and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with suppliers during development to obtain lab dip and strike-off approvals
Work with suppliers and QA to resolve quality and technical issues during sampling
Identify production risks and tolerances
Negotiate annex and contract terms, and hand over to the Office Coordinator for finalization
Check and ensure suppliers have necessary approvals before starting bulk production
Track suppliers to ensure use of approved dye/wash recipes and techniques
Initially verify production goods against approved samples and shade band
Inform QA/QC of production plans to arrange quality inspections
Review first lots and coordinate with QA for quality inspection
Document and track defect fixes with suppliers; implement preventive solutions
Ensure 100% final inspection reports are signed by suppliers and QA/QC before goods leave the factory
Provide evidence and feedback to the Office Coordinator for meetings to resolve dye/wash issues
Provide payment-related information and documents
Evaluate supplier performance: cost, lead time, and defect rate
Requirements
University degree or higher (preferably in Garment Technology, Textile/Dyeing, Quality Management, or related fields)
4–5 years of experience in a similar position within the garment washing/dyeing field
Experience in planning and controlling wash/dye timelines and coordinating with suppliers
Strong English communication skills, especially when working with overseas stakeholders
Good planning skills with the ability to manage timelines and analyze data effectively
Strong risk management and analytical skills; experience in solving technical issues related to wash/dye
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Hard-working, proactive, and comfortable with challenges
Clear communication style, confident, articulate, and trustworthy
Willing to travel

Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
12 annual leaves per year
