We manage each stage of production in-house, giving your order clear ownership, stronger coordination, and better visibility from start to finish.
Cutting is where accuracy becomes efficiency. We focus on clean lay planning, minimising waste, and keeping panels consistent so sewing runs smoothly. Strong cutting discipline reduces rework, protects fit, and helps keep production on pace when styles get complex.
Printing is built for repeatable, high-volume results across multiple techniques. We support placement, CMYK, discharge, and specialty effects using automated systems designed for consistency. Capacity and process control are set up to protect colour, detail, and handfeel at scale.
Sewing is structured for stability, speed, and quality. With seven lines and a multi-skilled team, we can flex across core products while keeping workmanship consistent. Our production floor runs on industrial JUKI and Siruba equipment to support precision and repeatability.
Quality control is built into every stage, not just the final check. We run multiple in-line checkpoints plus final inspection standards, and we test fabrics for performance and durability before they enter production. This protects consistency, reduces surprises, and keeps delivery reliable.
Finishing is where the final standard is locked in. We manage measurement control, presentation, labelling, packing accuracy, and shipment readiness so the product arrives clean and brand-correct. It’s also where small details are caught early, before they become customer issues.
Warehousing supports speed, traceability, and clean dispatch. We offer storage and fulfilment options like store packing, barcoding, boxing, and palletising, backed by ERP tracking for visibility. Our facility includes dedicated fabric, trims, and finished goods warehousing with racking systems.
