  • What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

When establishing new client relationships, we seek a comprehensive calendar cadence and projected volume annually. We carefully choose clients whose objectives, values, and vision align with our own. We do not take on new orders based on MOQs.
  • What is your sample lead time?
    Our sample lead time is flexible, contingent on project complexity, design specifications, and current production capacity. Generally, we anticipate a 1-4 week timeframe for sample creation and delivery for your review. For precise and project-specific timelines, our client team will share sample options based on the stock fabric and trim availability. We'll gladly provide a detailed estimate tailored to your distinct needs and circumstances. After meeting our partner requirements, we will move into the development process of sampling.
  • What is your production lead time?
    Our production lead time is typically 75-90 days and can vary based on the specific requirements of the collection, including order size and treatment complexity. If we hold the fabrics within our warehouse, we also have the ability to half this production lead time by 50%.
  • What information do we need to supply to use you as our clothing manufacturer?
    We require the following key information; PRODUCT - key products you're looking to manufacture VOLUME - annually KEY DATES - calendar cadence including collections, seasonality FOBS - target FOBs for each product DESIGN - any relevant documents such as range maps, techpacks, specs
  • Do you offer any specific certifications or audits?
    As a sustainable garment manufacturer, Unavailable is committed to securing relevant sustainable certifications, including GRS, ISO, Higg Index, and the Nike audit, in alignment with your brand's specific criteria.   • Where is our manufacturing facility located?
    We are situated approximately a 40-minute drive from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, with both our office and manufacturing facility conveniently located under one roof.
  • Can we come and visit the factory?
    Factory visits are strictly by appointment and subject to approval by our client team. We follow a comprehensive information request process before extending this service. The security and confidentiality of our brands are of paramount importance, and we are dedicated to upholding these standards for our clients.
  • What do we manufacture?
    Our product range includes t-shirts, hoodies, zipnecks, crewnecks, joggers, lightweight outerwear, woven pants, mesh shorts and swim shorts
