UA Team

Dec 13, 2023

This recognition highlights UA's commitment to operational excellence and collaboration with the community, contributing to Vietnam's sustainable development.

On December 13, 2023, UnAvailable (UA) achieved a significant milestone by securing its position among the TOP 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises at the CSI Awards Ceremony held at Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi. This recognition highlights UA's commitment to operational excellence and collaboration with the community, contributing to Vietnam's sustainable development.

UA earned its place in this prestigious ranking by fully meeting the stringent entry requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI), which encompasses economic, environmental, and societal factors. The CSI 2023 Program Review Council diligently selected businesses with the most effective sustainable development strategies from a pool of hundreds of participating companies.

The comprehensive index comprises 130 criteria divided into five parts, including Business Overview, Main Economic, Environmental, Labor, and Social Indicators, Management Indicators, Environmental Index, and Labor-Social Index. The TOP 100 Sustainable Enterprises Award is a testament to UA's continuous efforts towards socioeconomic growth and delivering excellence to consumers and the community.

Integration with the Law on Security Environmental Protection 2020, Labor-Society compliance, and the elucidation of the Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) Report have enriched the CSI 2023 Index voting process for the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises. This ensures the alignment of business activities with global trends and strengthens the connection between the business's development goals, consumer needs, and investor expectations.

The CSI 2023 Program was orchestrated by VBCSD in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Central Economic Committee. This collective effort underscores a commitment to promoting sustainable practices in Vietnam.
