Inside Our Showroom: Where Product Decisions Begin
An inside look at how our showroom supports clearer decisions around fabrics, fits, details, and production planning from the very first meeting.

Our showroom sits inside our Vietnam facility. It’s where many projects begin—not with a pitch, but with materials laid out on a table and clear questions. Most teams arrive with a laptop, a few references, and a rough range plan. Sometimes, they also bring one sample made elsewhere. The goal is usually the same: create something that feels premium without wasting time or budget. We built the showroom to simplify decision-making. Step by step, with production in mind.
A FOCUS RACK OF PROVEN SHAPES
We don’t show everything at once. We start with a clean edit. You’ll see core categories like tees, fleece, wovens, outerwear, and caps. The point isn’t about trends. It’s about baseline clarity. What fits well? What holds shape? What stays stable after washing? What looks clean when produced at scale?
When you’re building a range, you don’t need more noise. You need a strong starting point.

THE FABRIC LIBRARY
This is where ideas become real quickly. You can feel the difference between a jersey that drapes well and one that feels thin. You can compare fleece weights and understand why some hoodies hold structure while others collapse. You can check wovens for texture, movement, and recovery.
We also evaluate fabric the way production does. Can it be sourced reliably in Vietnam? Can it be repeated for your next run? Does it match your timeline and the quality level you’re aiming for? Fabric is not just a mood board decision. It’s a supply and consistency decision.
TRIMS, DETAILS, AND TECHNIQUES
Small parts change how a garment reads. We maintain a working wall of trims: zippers, drawcords, labels, buttons, and hardware options. You can compare finishes and build a set of details that feel coherent, not random.
Then we discuss techniques and treatments. This includes embroidery, printing options, washes, dye effects, texture work, and special finishes. We’ll also identify what’s sensible for an early release and what’s better saved for later, when your fit and base fabric are already locked. The goal is to transform “a hoodie” into your hoodie—without creating unnecessary risk.
THE COMPLIANCE CONVERSATION
Most new brands don’t expect to discuss compliance in a showroom. We do it early because it saves problems later. We walk through labeling basics. We flag testing that may apply depending on the product and market. We also point out materials or claims that can trigger issues at import or retail.
This isn’t meant to overwhelm anyone. It’s to protect the work. Premium isn’t just about appearance. It’s about whether it can ship, clear checks, and hold up in real use.
THE DEVELOPMENT TABLE
After you’ve seen the options, we sit down and build structure. We discuss your range, your targets, and your launch timing. What can move quickly? What needs more lead time? We map the order of steps so you don’t spend money in the wrong place first. This is where the project becomes a plan—not just a list of ideas.
THE DIGITAL LIBRARY
Before you leave, we show how we document decisions. Fabrics, trims, techniques, reference standards, and key details you’ll need again for repeats and reorders. The point is simple: you shouldn’t have to “remember the showroom” to keep building. Clear documentation supports consistent production.
WHAT TEAMS LEAVE WITH
People often arrive with too many ideas and not enough structure. They usually leave with fewer options and more certainty. Not because we promise the impossible, but because we reduce decisions to the ones that matter and connect them to production reality.
That’s what the showroom is for. A practical place where a brand starts to take shape—with the right materials, the right order of steps, and fewer surprises later.
