About the Role

Main Role: The Raw Material Planning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating between the Purchasing, QC, and Planning Teams to understand production priorities and communicate them effectively to the Purchasing and QC Teams, ensuring suppliers are aligned and supporting on-time shipments and continuous material availability for production


Raw Material Planning:

  • Gather information from the Planning Manager regarding orders in process. Coordinate with him to determine priority styles and deadlines for fabric and trim requirements

  • Monitor warehouse capacity regularly to determine how much raw material can be received and stored

  • Collaborate with Fabric/Trim supervisor and purchaser to confirm supplier shipment schedules

  • Address any delivery date issues by working with the Planning Manager to adjust orders priorities if needed, ensuring on-time shipment and continuous material availablity for production

  • Prioritize inspections upon receipt of fabric and trim deliveries at UA, ensuring that critical items are checked first

  • Coordinate with the Material QC team to ensure that priority materials are stocked promptly and accurately, supporting production needs

  • Manage all material planning activities in the ERP system, ensuring information is update accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain regular communication and close collboration with the Production team and Planning team to ensure smooth operations

  • Support Planning manager to update the production schedule and all information concerning to material status

  • Other assigned task by Planning Manager

Requirements


  • Education: University degree

  • Experience: Experiences 3 to 5 years of same level in garment field or production planning

  • Knowledge: Planning experience at least 3 years

  • Good communication English

  • MS Office, Adobe Illustrator is a plus

  • Time management - Work smart/Escient/Focused

  • Probation: 2 months

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM

  • Leave: 12 annual leaves per year
